Because downloadable products are delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
Technical Problems
If a file is damaged, inaccessible or not delivered, contact Customer Support so we can replace it or help restore access.
Duplicate Purchases
Contact support if you believe you were charged twice.
This policy should be reviewed again when the payment platform and final product-delivery process are selected.
